Laukka Management, Inc., based in Edina Minnesota, was created as a new kind of property management company designed to provide a special list of clients with the highest level of professional property management services available. Starting in 1985, the company initially served as an ancillary to L.A. Laukka Development Co. to manage the various association-style communities developed by Larry Laukka.
Michael Laukka and Mike Kojetin then formally established and incorporated Laukka Management in 1993, and since, it has grown into a medium-sized incorporated firm that currently manages forty-nine common-interest community associations in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The forty-nine communities consist of nearly 6,000 units of living with an aggregate market value of nearly $1.5 billion. The Laukka Management client list includes large-scale condominiums, single-family homeowners associations with common areas governed much like that of typical townhomes, master associations, and small, medium and large-sized townhome communities. The client list represents a diverse collection of communities and it is because of this diversity that Laukka Management offers a wide range of services to its clients.
